Our Story
Founded in 1979 by John Lotocki and Anne Powers, American Tele-Connect Services, Inc. (ATS) has become a highly respected Telecommunications and Structured Cabling Company in the states of Rhode Island ( RI ), Massachusetts ( MA ) and Connecticut ( CT ). We are a family run business with a team of highly trained family members, technical staff and support personnel to serve our clients’ needs. We are a certified woman owned business (WBE) in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We are also DCAMM certified in Massachusetts.
Our customers include professional firms, medical practices, small retail businesses, non profits, municipalities, and medium to large employers with multi site locations linked via VoIP systems. We are proud to be the oldest local dealer of Mitel communications products as they advance into more sophisticated technologies such as Unified Messaging, Call Reporting, Voice over IP technology, and hosted and cloud based solutions.
